Himalee has also served on several local and international Judging Panels.

Suryamohan Surampudi, who leads digital transformation initiatives at IIRM, an insurance intermediary and third-party administrator, as the Group Chief Technology Officer.

More recently, he has presented on topics such as Al empowerment in the workplace and the evolving role of business analysts in the era of generative Al at insurance industry forums.

As an active member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), Suryamohan has shared his insights on digital transformation at numerous prestigious forums, including BioAsia, Indian Express Computers, Smart Manufacturing, and Compliance Regulations forums. He has also been a panel member at the European Manufacturer's Summit, Global SCM Summit, Bulk Drug Manufacturer's Summit, and Drug Serialization Round Tables.

Suryamohan has spearheaded significant projects at Dr. Reddy's facilities across multiple continents, gaining recognition as a subject matter expert in compliant electronic data systems, and digitalization.

His previous roles include serving as Vice President and Head of Life Sciences vertical at Tech Mahindra, working with global clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. Prior to this, he has a decade of experience in Financial Services industry as an IT professional.

Suryamohan is committed to knowledge sharing and continuous learning, evident in his whitepapers on Drug Anti-counterfeiting strategies, Digital Pharma 4.0, and Continuous Manufacturing.

 

  

Dirk Reinhard graduated in Industrial Engineering and Management and has more than twenty years experience in the sustainability and finance industry sector. From 2001 to 2004, he was responsible for sustainable investment in the Environmental Management Unit of Munich Reinsurance Company, a global leader in the reinsurance field, and has published numerous articles on this subject.

Prior to joining Munich Re, he worked for oekom research AG as a sustainability analyst in the period from 1995 to 2000. In April 2004, Dirk Reinhard was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Munich Re Foundation. He is responsible for the foundation's finances as well as the inclusive insurance programme including the publications "Protecting the Poor — A microinsurance compendium Vol I and II" edited by Craig Churchill. He was furthermore involved in the publication series "The Landscape of Microinsurance in …".

From 2008-2014, Dirk Reinhard was elected as a member of the board of the Microinsurance Network. Since the first International Conference on Inclusive Insurance (ICII) in 2005 Dirk Reinhard chairs the Conference Steering Committee. The event is largest meeting of insurance and development experts worldwide. In 2011, the ICII introduced additional local satellite conferences called "Learning Sessions".

He has held numerous senior management roles including General Manager. Non-life Treaty Division at Allianz Re SE. Reinsurance Branch Asia Pacific and Chief Underwriter Officer. Reinsurance. Mr. Ziegler is a passionate risk professional leading the catastrophe modelling services at J.B. Boda Group in Singapore. With over 10 years of reinsurance industry experience. he collaborates closely with clients in the Indian sub-continent and Southeast Asia to identify. quantify. and manage catastrophe risks using third-party vendor models and J.B. Boda's internal expertise.

Previously. he contributed to research and consulting projects on financial market risks and government policies.

Mr. Ziegler holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Mannheim. Germany.

 

  

Dr. Christian Wards is AIA's Director of Group Healthcare, leading the development of a differentiated customer hearth & wellness journey from payer to partner, embedding value-based healthcare, vertically integrating health insurance through to provision and improving hearth risk management across the Asia-Pacific region.

Christian has over 25 years of international experience in healthcare across hearth insurance, healthcare provision and health service sectors in a wide number of geographies including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Earlier in his career, Christian practised medicine in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He has a Master of Business Administration, Postgraduate Diplomas in Marketing & Hyperbaric Medicine, Bachelors of Medicine & Surgery and a Bachelor of Human Biology.

Dr. P Nandalal Weerasinghe holds a PhD and a Master's Degree in Economics from the Australian National University (ANU), and a B.Sc. Degree from the University of Kelaniya.

Dr. Weerasinghe served at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka nearly 30 years in different capacities including Chief Economist/Director of Economic Research, Assistant Governor, Deputy Governor and Senior Deputy Governor. He also served as an Alternate Executive Director for India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan, at the IMF.

Dr. Weerasinghe served as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Colombo, Visiting Research Economist at the SEACEN Centre and Visiting Research Fellow at the ANU. He has published several research papers in international and local journals. He worked as an Independent Consultant for economic and financial matters for multilateral agencies and global investment firms prior to assuming duties as the 17th Governor of the Central Bank in April 2022.
